Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Derbyshire
Company: Main Contractor - Construction
Salary: £50,000 plus benefits
The Opportunity
Due to a series of recent contract awards, a top 50 main contractor has an urgent requirement for a Regional Planner head up their East Midlands division. This client has an unrivalled reputation for staff retention and operate across a range of sectors that include commercial, leisure and mixed use schemes, ranging in value from £10m to £50m+.
The successful Surveyor will be responsible managing commercial projects along the M1 corridor.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in a surveyor with a recognised main contractor.
Varied sector experience on large (£20m+) D&B projects, including commercial, hotels/leisure and/or mixed use.
Strong technical knowledge
